Background

Dr. Julie Bloy started this dental practice as Family Dental Care in 1991 after graduating from Marquette University in Dental Hygiene and subsequently Dental School. She has enjoyed serving the Jackson and the surrounding communities for over 30 years.

Dental Style

As always, Dr. Bloy maintains a practice with emphasis on educating patients on oral health, as well as any aspects of general life and health that may benefit patients. She has a special interest in improving peoples’ smiles utilizing several avenues of cosmetic dentistry to do so.

Fun Facts

In her free time, Dr. Bloy enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Christine Bruno

Background

Dr. Christine Bruno is a Wisconsin native who began working in dentistry at a young age. As an assistant, she loved meeting members of her community while helping them to achieve oral health. After receiving undergraduate degrees in economics and French from St. Olaf college, it didn’t take long for Christine to realize she missed caring for patients. She began volunteering at local community dental clinics and eventually returned to school to become a dentist. She graduated from Marquette University Dental School. While in school, Dr. Christine served as the volunteer coordinator for Marquette’s Special Care Dentistry club and coached Special Olympics swimming.

Dental Style

With her background in community dentistry, Dr. Christine strongly believes in collaborative care and advocating for patient autonomy and dignity. She enjoys restoring comfort and function to her patients and strives to provide a welcoming environment.

Fun Facts

Outside of the office, Dr. Christine enjoys gardening, cross country skiing, triathlons, backpacking, hiking, cooking, running, and traveling.
